Anti-Oxidants – rosemary anti-oxidant contains a number of compounds that slow down the oxidation of fats and can preserve taste, improve appearance and extend shelf-life.

Tamarind Concentrate – a natural concentrate. Tamarind is a unique spice, souring agent. It has a complex flavour – sweet / sour / tart and can be used a flavour or a background flavour. Apart from adding complex flavour to a marinade, Tamarinds natural acidity can tenderize meat which makes it a great addition to red meat marinades.

Balsamic Vinegar  – sourced from Modena, we offer standard Balsamic Balsamic Vinegar as well as a kosher certified Balsamic Vinegar.
